Project Overview & Context
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) appointed Black Stone to execute the fast-track architectural and MEP reconfiguration of its 9th-floor executive headquarters in Mohandessin, Giza.
The project required preparing the floor to accommodate 120 relocating senior managers and regional directors, integrating executive conference rooms, acoustic glass partitions, heavy-traffic flooring, and high-density electrical and data networks.
The 14-Day Fast-Track Challenge
The bank set an inflexible 14-day completion deadline tied to executive arrival schedules from UAE headquarters. Delivering demolition, partition assembly, ceiling remediation, and new electrical circuits in 2 weeks required zero room for logistical delays or rework.
24/7 Shift Synchronization
Black Stone deployed 13 multidisciplinary technical squads running synchronized 24/7 non-stop rotational shifts under 2 resident site engineers. Power distribution was redesigned with dedicated circuit breakers to avoid overloading, completing all works on day 14 to perfection.
