Low-Current & Integrated Systems Upgrade — 31 Branches

Nationwide modernization across 31 Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) branches under CBE standards.

Low-Current & Integrated Systems Upgrade — 31 Branches

Project Overview & Context

Black Stone was appointed by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) as General Contractor to execute an extensive infrastructure, physical security, and low-current network overhaul across 31 operating bank branches throughout Egypt.

The project demanded strict adherence to the regulatory directives of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), requiring all fire suppression, CCTV storage redundancy, and security barrier thresholds to be upgraded without disrupting active daily banking operations.

The Engineering Challenge

Managing concurrent installations across 31 geographically separated branches across multiple governorates while branches remained fully operational for retail customers. Any inadvertent disconnection of security networks or power grids during operating hours was strictly prohibited.

The Black Stone Solution

Black Stone deployed a synchronized parallel execution framework: 3 specialized technical installation teams operated across clusters simultaneously, backed by a 4th architectural finishing and commissioning team. All structural conduit chasing and heavy modifications were executed during nocturnal and weekend shifts, pre-testing new networks before cutovers.
